Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be genuinely happy with what you buy from VisionalUnison. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to send it back for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Please include your order number so we can find your purchase quickly.

How to start a return

Email us at VisionalUnison@Outlook.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll get back to you with instructions and a return address within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm it's been received. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or model instead of a refund? Let us know in your return request and we'll swap it out as soon as we receive the original item, subject to availability.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or isn't working as expected, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.
