Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, with tracking included.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Orders over $75: free standard shipping
Orders under $75: calculated at checkout based on weight and destination
Standard delivery: typically 5-10 business days within Canada and the US
International delivery: typically 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and aren't guaranteed. Delays from customs, weather, or carrier disruptions are outside our control, but we'll help track down any shipment that's running unusually late.

International orders

We ship to most countries worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country — these aren't included in your order total and are collected by the carrier or local customs office on delivery.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder or contact us at VisionalUnison@Outlook.com.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors and your local post office first, then reach out to us within 14 days so we can help investigate with the carrier.
