SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship to Canada, the United States and Australia. We are not accepting orders to other countries at this time.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping rates

  • Canada — free standard shipping on every order, no minimum.
  • United States — $9.99 CAD, or free on orders of $95 CAD and over.
  • Australia — $14.99 CAD flat rate.

Shipping is calculated separately and added at checkout. It is not included in the price shown on the product page. You will see the exact amount before payment, once you enter your delivery address.

Delivery estimates

  • Canada — typically 6–9 business days
  • United States — typically 6–10 business days
  • Australia — typically 9–15 business days

Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier disruption are outside our control, but we're happy to help track down any shipment that's running unusually late.

Customs duties and import taxes

Duties and import taxes are not collected at checkout and are not included in your order total. For orders shipped to the United States and Australia, the carrier or your local customs office may charge duties, import taxes and a handling fee before delivery. These are the responsibility of the customer.

Customers in the United States should note that the United States ended its duty-free de minimise exemption for low-value imports in August 2025. Duties may therefore apply to any order regardless of its value. We are working to collect these charges upfront at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.

Canadian orders are shipped domestically and are not subject to import duties.

Order tracking

Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or contact us at VisionalUnison@outlook.com.

Lost or missing packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbours and your local post office first, then contact us within 14 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
